The phone is a powerful accessory. The biggest thing that I am constantly reminded about regarding using it is that you sometimes need to be minimal in the usage & consumption regarding it. You really want to be more aware of how much you're using your device. I don't care if you have an iPhone or an Android. The truth is that you need to sometimes not use or have as much going on. Many times, there are apps that you need to remove in order to truly work on how often it is to just reduce the amount of time you're on your phone.

When searching the words "Digital Minimalism", one of the first books that I have been talking about is by Cal Newport called "Digital Minimalism", & this book has been one book that I've really been in need of reading. That's been probably one of the biggest eye-openers as of late. I hope that everyone takes more time to just unplug, reset, & minimize the usage of the phone. It will help you in the long run. I am really wanting to get my screen time down a lot more & truly be more intentional with my phone as a whole. The main things I'm attached to are listening to music on Apple Music & listening to podcasts on the Podcast app. That's been my safe bet. I hope everyone enjoys this newsletter. Until next time, BT signing out.
